Talent is everywhere. Mbrace makes what’s next reachable.
Mbrace Africa helps individuals and organizations navigate a technology-driven world with clarity, capability, and responsibility.
From career support to capability
Mbrace Africa was founded in 2023 from a simple observation: talent is everywhere, but access to the information, people, technology, and opportunities that help talent move forward is not.
What began as an initiative focused on career support and mentorship evolved alongside the world of work. As technology increasingly reshaped every profession, Mbrace expanded to help people not only navigate their careers, but also understand and responsibly use the technologies changing how they work.
Today, Mbrace works across individuals, organizations, communities, and partners to build clarity, technology capability, connection, and access.
Why Mbrace exists
Six values
We make useful knowledge, technology, relationships, and opportunities easier to reach, designing for varied backgrounds with deliberate attention to youth, especially women.
We focus on clarity, skills, and actions people can apply.
We pair technology capability with judgment, care, and human responsibility.
We believe people move further through shared knowledge, mentorship, and partnership.
We aim for lasting value rather than activity for its own sake.
We communicate honestly, protect trust, and publish only what can be substantiated.
The people behind Mbrace
Claudia Esi Dentu is a product and technology leader, community builder, and Founder and Director of Products of Mbrace Africa. Her career spans product innovation, digital transformation, technology strategy, and large-scale transformation across leading telecommunications and technology organizations.
Throughout her career, Claudia has worked at the intersection of business, technology, and people, helping organizations navigate change and build solutions for an increasingly digital world. Beyond her corporate career, she has spent years building communities, mentoring emerging professionals, and expanding access to technology and professional development.
She founded Mbrace Africa from a simple conviction: talent is everywhere, but access to the right information, technology, networks, and opportunities is not. Through Mbrace, Claudia is building an organization that helps people gain clarity about where they are going, develop the technology capability to move forward, and access the connections and opportunities that can expand what is possible. Mbrace also works with organizations to strengthen the technology capabilities of their people.
Claudia is an MBA candidate at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a graduate of Ashesi University. Her work reflects a broader ambition to help shape a future in which people and organizations can participate confidently and responsibly in technological change, with Africa playing an active role in shaping what comes next.
